Three people to check in baggage for a flight of 300+ people. Occasionally it will drop down to two because people are taking a break. Seriously? (yes, I was there 2+ hours early)

I'm not saying people shouldn't get a break but shouldn't the scheduler have people coming in when someone gets a break? Isn't this just crappy management and scheduling ( Read more... )

First time trying to type a journal entry on my iTouch - let's see how well this works. :)

Holidays are finally over and trying to get back into the swing of things which is surprisingly harder than I expected. It's just really tiring adjusting to the changes in schedules - both for my own workplace as well as other community agencies.
